Springtime Sports Fun
The children at Lyndhurst have been making the most of the Spring weather. Years 3 & 4 have been brushing up on their tag rugby skills this week. Getting out into the fresh spring air, learning new skills, improving on others and giving everything a good go in true Lyndhurst and sporting spirit. Well done!

Drama – Focus on Narrative and Poetry
Year 3 have been exploring how to turn a narrative into a performance this term, they have taken poems and developed them into dramas. After working on the poem ‘Matilda’ by Hilaire Belloc they went onto work on a variety of other poems. This week they performed ‘The Persuasive Mr Frog’.

Year 3 enjoy the fresh air @ RHS Wisley
Year 3 have thoroughly enjoyed their day out at Wisley Gardens. During our workshop we discovered how to plant plants from cutting of forest floor plants such as plectranthus and tradescantia. Carol Service brings term to a close
Reception to Year Six gathered along with staff, parents and other family members in the wonderful setting of St. Michael’s Church on Friday 13th December for Lyndhurst School’s annual Carol Service.
