Camberley Mosque very kindly opened their doors to Lyndhurst School this week to teach Year 2 and Year 5 about Islam and how Muslims live. Year 5 experienced preparation for prayer and learnt about the 5 Pillars of Islam.

Early years performed their nativity production on Thursday to an audience of friends and family. They gave such a polished performance it was hard to believe how young they are. There was brilliant acting, singing and dancing and some impressive solo singing too. The audience loved the show, and everyone left feeling very Christmassy.
We would like to say a big thank you to all of our parents and children for their donations to the Rags2RichesSchool clothing recycling scheme. The School’s Eco Council have been learning about the importance of recycling clothing and what happens to clothing when it is not recycled. The Eco-council designed posters to go around the school to support the school’s involvement in the Rags2Riches clothing recycling initiative.
