Year 3 French – Les Arbres
In Year 3, they have just started learning an authentic French poem, ‘Les Arbres.’ They can recognise the names of three trees and the words used to describe the shape of their branches; here they are demonstrating some of them. Soon they will be focussing on fun phonics and rhyming sounds in the poem.
Little Lyndhurst – letter formation
Nursery and some of Pre-Reception in Little Lyndhurst have been enjoying learning letter formation. They each had a turn to write with a brush, some letters in the fairy dust. With some students choosing to have a go at the first letter of their name and others chose random letters.
Little Lyndhurst – Poet Tree workshop

Pre-Reception in Little Lyndhurst have been looking at clothes and accessories for their topic. Their first activity was to sort clothing items into the different seasons, we talked as a group about when you may wear a certain type of clothing.
