For Red Nose Day the children were all allowed to wear red – it was lovely to see all the bright clothes around the school. Each child had told their jokes in class then two class representatives presented their joke in the whole school ‘Funny Power’ Assembly. Mrs Dodd and Miss Symes had the hard decision to agree the winners for the 3 age ranges. Congratulations to everyone for making us all laugh. We also had lots of fun in the House Nose & Egg competition afterwards. Year 6 assisted the younger children with their spoons although we’re not sure that holding the nose and spoon counts …. ! We are delighted to announce that our lovely Music teacher, Mrs Peacock was the proud winner of the Red Nose Day Staff Sweepstake. We would like to say a very big thank you to The Massage Company in Camberley for their very generous donation of a free massage. Everyone had a very fun day and we raised a total of £214 to be donated to the Red Nose Day charity appeal.
