Year 6’s investigation into mould growth has concluded – and with some pretty gross results!
They found that the best conditions to promote mould were on the windowsill, while slightly moist. The On the radiator, however, no mould grew at all, proving their theory that high temperatures were not conducive to microbe growth.
They also examined how clean their hands were, and whether they did a good job at washing them or not, with some surprising results – some members of the class need a reminder on hand washing!
