Be Brilliant - Be You, Be the best version of You

Lyndhurst is a small, family-run independent pre-reception, pre-prep and prep school in Camberley, Surrey.

The best way to truly feel our ethos is to visit us; soak up the atmosphere for yourself and meet the children and staff who make up our warm and incredibly special community.

Headmaster's Welcome

Lyndhurst, an independent day school for boys and girls aged 3-11, was founded in 1895 and is in the heart of Camberley.  A small, friendly community, where we celebrate and nurture individuals.

We want to ensure that every child is listened to, fully supported, encouraged, given the opportunity to flourish and inspired to be the best they can be. We strive for academic excellence, with the foundation laid in Pre-School where curiosity and a love of learning begins. The children have fun through play at the same time as learning.

In our Pre-Prep and Prep School, the boys and girls are fully engaged and inspired in small classes led by fantastic teachers. We offer a truly all-round education and value all subject areas and skills equally. At Lyndhurst, all children take part. We want them to give their best in all that they do.
