Pre-Reception French

In the spring term, Pre-Reception are listening to two fairy-tales in French!  This half-term we are covering ‘Cendrillon’ (‘Cinderella’), and we have been playing games with the words Cendrillon, le Prince, les deux soeurs, la Bonne Fée and la pantoufle. We will also be making our own pictures to use with the story.  

Christmas Windows

Nursery, Pre-Reception and Reception Nativity

Early years performed their nativity production on Thursday to an audience of friends and family. They gave such a polished performance it was hard to believe how young they are. There was brilliant acting, singing and dancing and some impressive solo singing too. The audience loved the show, and everyone left feeling very Christmassy.  

Odd socks day

French in Little Lyndhurst

Pre-Reception have been enjoying French this term.  They have had lots of fun learning about wild animals! They can recognise lots of the French words and they love doing the actions!  Brilliantly, some of the children can say them on their own. They have loved playing Follow my Leader and Hide and Seek too.
